Every Pilates reformer machine is meticulously crafted in Germany using high-quality materials and precision manufacturing standards. Due to the care and craftsmanship involved, orders are prepared and shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business days after your order confirmation is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Reformer Orders

Our Pilates reformers are carefully manufactured and prepared in Germany before shipment.

Estimated shipping timeframe:

  • Dispatch: Within 1 business days
  • Delivery: Typically within 2-3 working days depending on destination and freight carrier schedules

International Shipping

Windcave Global proudly ships worldwide.

For international orders:

  • We cover all shipping costs
  • We cover applicable customs duties and import taxes where specified
  • Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees at delivery unless otherwise required by local regulations

Estimated international delivery timeframe:

  • 2-4 working days depending on destination country and customs processing

Freight Delivery Information

Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformer equipment, larger products are shipped via freight carriers.

Freight deliveries are typically:

  • Delivered curbside
  • Delivered to the nearest accessible driveway, garage, or building entrance

Customers are responsible for:

  • Bringing equipment inside the property
  • Assembly (unless assembly service is separately arranged)

Additional handling requirements or remote delivery locations may result in longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has shipped:
